REP 'B' PROGRAM
The Chilliwack Impact Rep program offers athletes the chance to play at a higher level, combining elite skill development with a fun, supportive, and competitive environment. For many players, joining a rep team is the next step in their softball journey—an opportunity to challenge themselves, grow as athletes, and experience the game at its best.

Rep players are chosen through a tryout process and are expected to show strong commitment to the sport. This means multiple practices each week, additional off-season training, and weekend tournaments throughout the year. The program is built to push athletes to improve their skills while also emphasizing teamwork, dedication, and core values that extend beyond the diamond.

Families should be prepared for more travel and a greater time commitment than house-level play, but with that comes a season full of growth, challenge, and reward. The Rep program provides not only advanced competition, but also lifelong friendships and the confidence that comes from playing in a high-performance environment.
