Here’s everything you need to know about registering with CMFA for the upcoming season.​

Division Information
New this season, payments will be collected separately by CMFA and Softball BC. Together, the amounts make up the total registration fee listed below.​​

Softball BC has a $35-45 annual fee that is included in the above costs, but paid separately through our registration portal.

HOW TO REGISTER

Visit our Registration Portal.

Create a profile for yourself and your player(s), or log in if you already have one.

Select the age division based on your child’s birth year.

Complete the registration form and submit payment (Payment plans are available).

Watch for email confirmation and team placement updates closer to the season.
​​​If you are registering a first-time softball player - all players are also required to purchase a lifetime membership to Softball BC, which is $10. This must be done through Softball BC before you complete the CMFA registration process. Please use this link to get your Softball BC membership.

Returning athletes will complete their annual Softball BC fees within our registration portal.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
​
As a member of SoftballBC, CMFA families that are in need of financial assistance may be eligible for a KidSport Grant to assist with the cost of their registration fees. Chilliwack is supported by the BC Provincial chapter which helps fund up to $400 per child, per calendar year. REFUND POLICY
Refunds may be available prior to the season start, less a small administration fee. Once games begin, fees are non-refundable. Please contact us for details.
